Commercial Lifetime License - For Transfers

This listing is for Commercial License to sell printed transfers of any and all designs in this shop.This license is meant to be purchased in conjunction with files or images themselves.
There is a no artwork that comes with this commercial license add on.
It merely extends the usage rights of artwork purchased separately.

You will however receive a PNG of the image simply so the order can be completed instantly.*

The commercial license will extend what is allowed with your purchase.
WITH THIS LICENSE YOU MAY:
Print and sell transfers of images created and sold by Otty's Creations LLC

You MAY NOT:
1. Alter the design and claim it as your own.
2. Gift, share, or sell the digital file.
3. Upload to any sharing site. For example: Facebook groups.
4. Copy or create items which look very similar to this design in order to get around these policies.
5. Use the design in logo design, third party printing, or stand alone prints.

6.Use with any POD sites/ Alibaba Suppliers (E.G.-Printify, printful etc.)

Failure to purchase this license before selling transfers may result in royalty fees of any transfers sold. Failing to purchase this license may also result in the revocation of all commercial rights to any previously purchased designs without a refund.
>This license is only valid for the business owned by the purchaser at the time of purchase. It is not transferable.

 Copyright of design does not transfer with this license. All copyrights and ownership of images and designs remains with Otty's Creations LLC at all times.
