This listing is for fabric, printed vinyl & leather printed shops looking to sell my designs on end printed products for profit as part of your inventory.

You will need to purchase this commercial license IN ADDITION TO the seamless file listing(s). This commercial license is good for ONE FILE ONLY.

*Purchasing this license allows the use of the design you purchased to be printed on (Yards you purchased) of fabric, leather or vinyl for your shop for ONE YEAR FROM PURCHASE DATE.

You will still need to purchase each file individually that you wish to use IN ADDITION TO this commercial license.*

After one year of purchase this listing you may not keep on using any of my designs commercially, a new license will be required after 2022 is over.

The purchase of this item confirms the right of commercial use. This license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the design file purchased with the agreement of the terms of use.

G E N E R A L – T E R M S

✘You CANNOT re-sell, license, or redistribute for free the digital files. Examples include but are not limited to; reselling in ANY manner/gifting, uploading to sharing websites such as Facebook Groups.

✘You CANNOT trace over my designs and claim them as your own, nor create and sell new seamless patterns, clip art, digital paper, or scrapbook paper using any of the graphics/patterns

✘You may NOT use or share my designs on any print-on-demand/commercial websites. ONLY HANDMADE AND FABRIC SHOPS ONLY no wholesale.

✘YOU CANNOT create digital Products. Designs can be used to create FINISHED, PRINTED products (Shirts, cups, Bags, planner stuff, fabric, wallpaper, etc). Your receipt and image that has to be downloaded of this purchase confirm right for commercial use. Please keep a copy of this receipt for your records. Copyright of design does not transfer with this license.
